The International Contemporary Circus and Street Arts Festival RE RIGA! 2026 will take place from 11–15 August, inviting audiences to experience Riga as a vibrant and diverse circus stage — both at Rīgas cirks and across the city. The festival offers performances, masterclasses, workshops, talks, and participatory activities for audiences of all ages, including Riga residents and visitors. The opening event — a special children’s morning — will take place on 8 August at Rīgas cirks.

For more than thirteen years, the festival RE RIGA! has been introducing Latvian audiences to high-quality and innovative contemporary circus and street arts from across Europe and around the world. It is one of the leading contemporary circus platforms in the Baltic region, annually bringing together international artists, circus professionals, and audiences, while fostering artistic exchange, collaboration, and new creative encounters.

This year’s festival theme is KOPĀ (TOGETHER), highlighting the importance of community, participation, and collaboration both in the arts and in urban space. The programme places particular emphasis on shared experiences that encourage connection, dialogue, and collective presence.

The full programme will be announced soon, but the first TICKETS for performances at Rīgas cirks are already available.
