FELIX & PHILO “RED PANTS”
Switzerland / Germany

The “Felix&Philo” duo invites you on a dynamic journey full of humor, extravagant balances and incredible acrobatics!
Joyful, dynamic, intimate and poetic, the show places circus and acrobatics at its heart. It is small scaled, but it is full of action and sensibility, and enjoyable for everyone.
With an effort of anti-consumerism, the design is simple and each object has been carefully selected and made specifically for the show and can be used in a variety of ways. The artists built almost all of the items themselves and researched the circus possibilities of each one. What is more playful and embracing than the joy of the circus itself?
In their show, the duo wants to share their enthusiasm and desire to take risks, overcome their fears together and push their limits. Together, with trust, equality, friendship and care.
Felix and Philo constantly jump, climb, carry, twirl, manipulate each other… Everything is subtly choreographed to lead the audience to the grand finale, the Teeterboard act in ‘Red Pants’.

Philomène Perrenoud (Switzerland) and Felix Greif (Germany) met at the Stockholm Circus School (DOCH). There they deepen and develop their skills in their discilines: The teeterboard, dancing on the tightwire
and the trapeze. They completed their education in 2018 with the Sophie Hulthéns Award and toured since then Europe with several companies such as Cirkus Cirkör, Circus I love you, Circus Monti, Cirque de Loin, GOP and their own duo “Felix&Philo”. In their work, the duo places emphasis on acrobatics and willingness to take risks, but also on ethical values such as equality, sustainability, trust and joy. In their opinion, circus art is an excellent way to experience the present moment with maximum intensity!
Philomène and Felix share the ideal of a humble and nomadic life, full of adventures and encounters.
