RĪGAS MAZĀKAIS CIRKS “RUNNING AWAY WITH THE CIRCUS”
Latvia
Have you ever wanted to run away with the circus? This performance tells the story of people who actually did just that. Here, six young artists come together to look into the circus’ past, to share their personal stories, and to explore why running away with the circus is still so tempting today. Circus is not just about acts and laughter – it is also a place to learn how to be together, trust one another, and believe in yourself. Even more so, it is a place where anyone can become part of a bigger story, even if they feel different. The performance takes the audience into the colorful world of the circus and reveals its unseen side, where courage and perseverance are present at every step.
