The festival program will last for 3 days in 2021 – from August 23 to 25 and will offer international and local performances of contemporary circus and street art in the urban environment, as well as an educational program for children in cooperation with the Riga Circus School “Playground”.
The festival will take place in a closed area in the garden of Zeļļu Street 25.
Epidemiological safety rules:
Visitors of the event from the age of 12 to enter the Festival territory (both to performances and the playground) with a valid Covid-19 certificate for vaccinated, ill and tested in person.
NB! Children under the age of 12 do NOT need to take a test before the event and do not need to present a digital certificate! Children from the age of 12 must present a digital certificate confirming the negative result of a pre-event Covid-19 test, or the fact that they have been vaccinated or have contracted a Covid-19 infection in the last 6 months.
We would like to inform you that COVID-19 laboratory testing for attending events and receiving services for children under the age of 18 is paid for from the state budget until September 1st.
The program of the festival is meant so that the participants of the event do not move unnecessarily and the performances take place one after the other with small technical breaks.
The educational program for children “Playground” will end a few minutes before the evening program. Children are given the opportunity to reserve a place or leave the festival area.
